Credential Management

To find out the status of issued credentials and send reminders, you can go to Digital credentials and select issued credentials.

What do credential statuses mean?

The accredited person has received the credential in his/her email and has accepted the recognition that has been granted to him/her.

The accredited person has received the credential in his/her email, but has not yet accepted the recognition.

The credential has been revoked.

The accredited person has not received the credential in his/her email.

Why might a credential fail?

  1. The completed email does not exist or is written incorrectly.
  2. The accredited person’s inbox is full and cannot receive any more emails.
  3. The credential has already been issued to this email previously.

To know this reason you must click on history, this is located in front of the status of the issued credentials. In the notification history you can find the description of the status.
