Merging my wallets with different emails

If you received credentials on more than one email over time, you may have more than one Wallet — each holding part of your achievement history. You can merge them into a single identity.

How to start the merge

1. Log in to the Wallet you want to use as your main account.
2. Go to Settings > Additional emails and choose Link new address.
3. Enter the second email (the one with the other Wallet). You’ll receive a verification code at that address to confirm it belongs to you.
4. Enter the code and confirm the merge.

Once confirmed, every credential from the secondary Wallet shows up in your main Wallet, with its original issuer and date intact. The main Wallet’s information is kept.

🔎 Note: after the merge, if you try to log in with the secondary email you’ll be directed to your merged Wallet.

⚠️ Important: you can’t merge an email that already belongs to someone else’s account. If you don’t complete the verification with the code, the merge doesn’t happen.
