Create a digital certificate

Digital certificates now live in the Certificates, Programs and Licenses category, which groups 12 types: Certificate, Certificate of Completion, Certification, Microcredential, License, Apprenticeship Certificate, Journeyman Certificate, Master Certificate, Assessment, Course, Learning Program and Quality Assurance Credential. How to create it

1. Click Create recognition template and choose the Certificates, Programs and Licenses card.
2. Choose the specific type from the list.
3. Fill in the single template form: Create an achievement template.

Recommendations for this category

• Credential code: use it for the internal or registry code of the program or certification.
• Standards: cite the norm, framework or body that backs the program; a Verifier sees it on the public page.
• Expiration date: for Certification and License, which expire by definition, set the expiration date when issuing each credential. See Individual sending.
• Allow multiple issuances to the same earner: turn it on if the certification renews and the same person receives it again.
