Reporting (analytics dashboard)

From Reports you can check at a glance how your organization is doing with its digital credentials: how many are issued, how many people accept, how many are shared and on which channel, and you can export all of that to a file or generate a ZIP with a period’s records.

  1. Click Reports in the main menu.

Summary cards

At the top you’ll see six indicators for the selected period:

  • Credentials issued: total credentials sent in the period.
  • Credentials accepted: how many of those have already been accepted by the person who received them.
  • Credentials shared: how many times a credential was shared (on any channel) in the period.
  • Credentials pending: issued but not yet accepted by the recipient.
  • Credentials revoked: cancelled after being issued.
  • Credentials failed: couldn’t be generated or sent — check Managing credentials if you need to see the detail of why each one failed.

🔎 Note: these figures depend on the active date range (see below) — if the numbers don’t match what you expect, check which range is selected first before reporting it as a bug.

Chart and distribution channels

Below the cards there are two panels: the day-by-day evolution of issuances vs. acceptances, and the breakdown of shares by channel.

Credentials shared shows you which social network or medium your earners share their credentials on most (LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn post, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, or email). This is the data that backs up the organic marketing effect: every time someone shares their digital credential on social media, your organization gains visibility with that person’s professional network at no extra advertising cost.

Changing the date range

By default you see the last 30 days. Click the range selector to choose a preset one (7, 15, 30, 90 days, or 12 months) or a custom date range with the calendar.

Filtering by template or tag

Use Filter if you want to see the figures for a specific template, or filter by template or issuance tags instead of viewing the organization’s total.

Exporting the report

Click Export to download the period’s data as CSV or XLSX, or to open it directly in Microsoft 365.

Generate ZIP Certificates

If you need the records (PDF) for every credential issued in a specific month — for example, to hand them over to another department or archive them — you can download them all together in a single file:

  1. Choose the Month and Year you need.
  2. Click Generate.

⚠️ Important: this ZIP contains the records for the exact month and year you select — not the date range you have active at the top of the screen; they’re two independent filters.
