Statistics and reports

To generate reports that let you understand what has happened with your issued credentials, click the Reports option in the main menu.

In this section you can see the number of credentials issued, shared, accepted, and pending. You’ll also get a detailed view of the channels where credentials have been shared, and issuance-vs-acceptance behavior within the search period you set.

Reports can be filtered by tags or by time period, and exported in .CSV format for detailed data handling.

What to look at first? If the acceptance rate is low compared to issuances, first check the statuses in Managing credentials — it could be a delivery problem (failed credentials) rather than a lack of real interest from earners.
