How to configure "Acreditta Marketing Insights"

🌐 Why is it important to use Google Analytics when issuing digital credentials?

Integrating Google Analytics with Acreditta lets you get key insights into how users interact with the digital credentials you’ve issued.

👉 Some reasons it matters:

  1. Measuring impact: know how many times credentials are viewed and identify which ones get the most reach.
  2. Understanding your audience: understand which countries, cities, or devices users access from, and analyze the profiles of who validates or shares your credentials.
  3. Optimizing your strategy: assess which training programs or recognitions get the most visibility, and make data-driven decisions to improve credential adoption.
  4. Value for institutions: present reports with reliable metrics to partners, students, or collaborators, and show the return of using digital credentials in terms of reach and positioning.

In short, Google Analytics turns credential issuance into a measurable, optimizable strategy, letting Acreditta and its customers demonstrate the real-data value of every recognition.

Create a Google Analytics account (only if your organization doesn’t already have one)

  1. Start with the blue-highlighted option that says “Start measuring.”
  2. In the Account Creation section, fill in the account or organization name (e.g. Acreditta) and check whichever data configuration options you prefer (recommended: enable all of them for deeper analysis).
  3. Click Next.
