Revoking a credential

⚠️ Before revoking: revocation can’t be undone from the platform. If you’re unsure whether the achievement was really not met, contact support before confirming — it’s easier to prevent this than to reconstruct the history of a credential revoked by mistake.

Revoking an individual credential

  1. Go to Digital credentials in the main menu.
  2. Select the Issued credentials option.
  3. Find the credential you want to revoke.
  4. Click the three dots for that credential, in the actions column.
  5. Select the Revoke option.
  6. Type the reason the credential is being revoked.
  7. Click Revoke.

Revoking credentials in bulk

  1. Go to Digital credentials in the main menu.
  2. Select the Issued credentials option.
  3. Click Batch issuances.
  4. Find the credential batch you want to revoke.
  5. Select the Revoke option.
  6. Type the reason the batch is being revoked.
  7. Click Revoke in bulk.

What the earner sees and what gets recorded

Once revoked, the credential is no longer public and the earner can no longer share it as valid. Every revoked credential keeps, for traceability:

  • Revocation date.
  • Revocation reason (if you entered one).
  • Revoked by: the name of the administrator who carried out the revocation — this stays fixed, even if another administrator opens the detail later. This applies the same way for individual and bulk revocations: in a batch, every affected credential is marked with the administrator who revoked the entire batch.
